## About Our Client ##
Our client is a small IT company.
## Job Description ##
* **Invoicing & Payments**
* Issue invoices and ensure timely payment of supplier invoices.
* **Contract Management**
* Assist with tracking contracts and managing renewals (equipment, licenses, etc.).
* **Office Management**
* Handle incoming calls on the main line.
* Manage office supplies and refreshments (coffee, tea).
* Organize occasional internal events.
* **Personal Assistance**
* Provide day-to-day organizational support to the management team.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Previous experience in administrative or office management roles.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English.
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
## What's on Offer ##
Part time role at 50%.
