About the Role

As the right hand of the tax manager, you will ensure the administrative and technical follow-up of taxation for around twenty entities within the organisation. This versatile position combines tax compliance, product analysis and cash management within a dynamic environment.

We offer you an 80% workload with flexible organisation, one day of remote work per week and an internal training programme to master the specifics of the services and the associative structure.

Tasks

• Manage tax declarations for all group entities
• Check received tax assessments and ensure strict compliance with legal deadlines
• Handle official correspondence with various cantonal tax administrations
• Update tax data
• Perform VAT reconciliation for the different rates applied to services
• Analyse tax qualifications for existing products and new projects

We are looking for

• Proven experience as a tax specialist in Switzerland
• Degree in financial management or economics (HEG, Master’s or equivalent qualification)
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Fluent French

An advantage if you have

• Good knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in German and/or English
• Experience in managing securities portfolios
