Your Role
You will take end-to-end responsibility for filling complex and business-critical positions. Acting as a strategic advisor to executives, you will actively shape modern recruiting standards and ensure an optimal balance between quality, speed, and an excellent candidate experience.
Your Responsibilities
Full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from needs analysis and sourcing through selection, interviewing, and hiring
Strategic consulting for executives and hiring managers on workforce planning, labor market trends, and effective recruitment strategies
Proactive sourcing as well as the sustainable development and maintenance of talent pools across relevant channels
Professional application of modern selection and assessment methods (e.g., structured interviews, case studies, psychometric tools) to evaluate competencies, potential, and cultural fit
Continuous optimization of recruiting processes, tools, and standards in line with market developments and best practices
Active contribution to, and partial leadership of, cross-functional projects in recruiting, digitalization, and quality improvement
Your Profile
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in in-house recruiting or a comparable Talent Acquisition role
Strong expertise in aptitude assessment and confidence in evaluating personality, competency, and potential profiles
Pronounced consulting skills and a professional, credible presence when working with executives and candidates
Very strong command of ATS solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) as well as recruiting and social media platforms
Full fluency in German and English. French is highly desirable.
Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
High quality standards, a strong sense of ownership, and genuine enthusiasm for continuously developing recruiting practices
