Today, we are looking for a seasoned Systems Engineer for a 2-month assignment (possible) at our client based in Lausanne (on-site mission). Your role: Ensure the entry point for incidents and requests transferred by the helpdesk or created directly by those in charge, analyze the backlog of unassigned tickets, verify the necessary actions, and directly process them whenever possible. Request the Systems, Network, or Access Management teams when specific expertise is needed and, as a last resort, assign the ticket to the right person. Contribute to the smooth processing of requests and incidents for the infrastructure teams. Document the actions taken to feed and structure the knowledge base.Requirements:Seasoned Engineer / confirmed systems engineer (5 years of experience or more) in Windows Server, Linux, and VMware/vSphere environments. Appreciated knowledge in IAM and network (Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba). Good command of an ITSM tool and ease in managing a backlog of tickets. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and communication with technical and non-technical interlocutors; autonomy, rigor, and the ability to document interventions clearly.Mission details: Duration: 2 months (with possibility of extension); Start: as soon as possible, depending on availability.
