## Job Description ##
You work where complex systems, software and customer requirements meet. As a **System Engineer Customer Solutions**, you bring systems into operation worldwide, analyse issues down to the root cause and translate customer needs into robust, practical solutions. A role for engineers who take ownership, go deep technically and want to create visible impact.
## What you will be doing ##
* *check* Commission systems: you support installation teams and customers during system commissioning and handover
* *check* Solve technical issues: you analyse and resolve software and hardware problems, both internally and on customer sites
* *check* Translate requirements: you specify customer-specific system and software requirements and collaborate closely with product management
* *check* Ensure quality: you test and qualify system software and new system components
* *check* Structure knowledge: you maintain technical system documentation and coordinate technical topics across service, engineering and product management
## What you should bring ##
* *check* Technical background: you have a technical education or degree (HF, FH, ETH or equivalent) in system engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a related field
* *check* Industry experience: experience in vacuum technology, semiconductor industry or equipment engineering is an advantage
* *check* Hands-on mindset: you work independently, solution-oriented and stay focused even in complex situations
* *check* Communication skills: you communicate clearly and confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
* *check* Languages & mobility: you are fluent in English and German and are willing to travel approximately 10% worldwide
