As part of strengthening our competence centre in operations management and operational security, we are looking for a:
System and Network Administrator – SecOps and GRC Specialist (100%)
YOUR FUTURE MISSION
- Ensure the operation of IT infrastructures: incident resolution, request handling, service supervision and backup monitoring
- Contribute to operational security by monitoring alerts, participating in security incident management and collaborating with the SOC
- Implement and maintain security tools (EDR/XDR, SIEM, etc.) and contribute to their integration into the IT infrastructure
- Manage vulnerabilities: identification, qualification, prioritisation and follow-up of remediations (patching)
- Automate and industrialise security tasks and controls through scripting and appropriate tools
- Contribute to governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities: implementation of controls, participation in ISO 27001 audits and production of compliance evidence
- Participate in risk monitoring and continuous improvement of the security posture, in collaboration with IT teams and the CISO
- Contribute to cross-functional actions: documentation, collaboration with teams and participation in cybersecurity awareness campaigns

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an IT specialist or equivalent training
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience (or equivalent) in system administration and operation of IT and network infrastructures
- Experience in operational IT security, particularly in security event response and controls
- Good knowledge of server environments, networks, supervision and backups
- Interest in handling complex incidents in collaboration with client teams and external suppliers
- Organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, client-oriented and attentive to needs, able to work independently and as part of a team
