The start date will be as soon as possible.Role:- Ensure the entry point for incident/request tickets.- Analyze, qualify, and process tickets directly when possible.- Solicit Systems, Network, or Access Management experts in case of specific needs.- Assign tickets to competent personnel if necessary.- Document actions taken in the knowledge base.- Contribute to the fluidity and efficiency of request processing.Profile:- Versatile systems administrator (Windows Server, Linux, VMware/vSphere).- Appreciated knowledge in IAM.- Knowledge of network equipment (Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba).- Mastery of an ITSM tool.- Ability to analyze, process, and prioritize a ticket backlog.- Aptitude to write and document procedures clearly.- Clear and fluid communication with different stakeholders.- Rigor and sense of service.Steps of the recruitment process at API:Let's engage!
