Today, we are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to join our client’s team in Lausanne for a 20-day assignment.

The start will be as soon as possible.

The role:

• Ensure the operational entry point for incident/request tickets.
• Analyse, qualify and handle tickets directly when possible.
• Call on Systems, Network or Access Management experts if specific needs arise.
• Assign tickets to competent persons if necessary.
• Systematically document actions taken in the knowledge base.
• Contribute to the smoothness and efficiency of request and incident handling.

Profile sought:

• Versatile systems administrator (Windows Server, Linux, VMware/vSphere).
• Appreciated knowledge in IAM and networks (Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba).
• Proficiency with an ITSM tool, ideally Jira.
• Ability to analyse, handle and prioritise a ticket backlog.
• Aptitude to write and document interventions clearly.
• Good interpersonal skills and smooth communication with different teams.
• Collaborative spirit and service-mindedness.
