Your Mission

Within our Components Finishing sector, you are responsible for managing the activities of the Surface Decoration and Bevelled Edge Polishing workshop.

You ensure the achievement of production targets while supporting team development and process evolution.

You actively contribute to operational performance, continuous improvement, and the deployment of new products and processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of the workshop and ensure the achievement of production, quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
• Lead the workshop teams by relying on technical experts and coordinators.
• Support employees in their professional development by promoting skills enhancement, autonomy, and collective performance.
• Participate in recruitment, integration, and talent management within your scope.
• Define and implement the necessary actions to achieve the workshop’s objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimise production processes.
• Ensure close collaboration with the Methods, Quality, Scheduling, and Industrialisation departments.
• Manage the industrialisation and deployment of new products, processes, and equipment.

Profile

• Technical training in the watchmaking field, higher education (Technician, diploma).
• Additional management training or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience of at least 7 years in a managerial position within the watchmaking industry, ideally in the decoration sector.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of an ERP system, ideally SAP.
• Leadership and ability to unite teams.
• Analytical mindset, solution-oriented and continuous improvement focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of collaboration and negotiation.
