For one of our clients, we are looking for a: Supply Chain Specialist - ThailandProven experience in industrial Supply Chain, ideally in the watchmaking, dial, microtechnology, or high-quality manufacturing environment.Solid command of production, flow management, inventory, priorities, and deadlines.Good understanding of ERPs and their role in steering flows and continuous improvement.Managerial experience or strong ability to supervise, unite, and support teams in a collaborative context, while providing structuring expertise and a Supply Chain vision.Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, solution-oriented, field-oriented, and ability to evolve in a professional environment appreciated.The advantages:An incredible experience in Thailand within an industrial environment.A key role to strengthen, structure, and sustainably improve the Supply Chain.A potential evolution opportunity towards expanded managerial responsibilities.As part of its development, our client wishes to strengthen its Supply Chain through a profile capable of improving flows, processes, and steering. You will work in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager, while being directly accountable to Management. You should ideally have managerial experience in order to be able, if necessary, to evolve into a Supply Chain Manager role.Main responsibilities:- Work in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager to improve the department's flows and processes.- Evaluate the current Supply Chain and identify priority areas for improvement and critical workflows related to production, priority management, and tracking.- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the ERP as a tool for steering and data reliability.- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and interfaces with Production, Sales, Logistics, Quality, and other industrial functions.- Implement monitoring tools to ensure the reliability of deadlines, inventory, priorities, and Supply Chain performance.- Support teams in the adoption of new working methods and be capable, if necessary, of taking on more managerial responsibilities. jid4be0f70aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
