Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:



Supply Chain Specialist - Expatriation Thailand (M/F)



  • Proven experience in industrial Supply Chain, ideally in a watchmaking, dial, microtechnology or high-quality manufacturing environment
  • Strong mastery of production planning, flow management, stock control, priorities and deadlines
  • Good understanding of ERPs and their role in operational management, flow reliability and continuous improvement
  • Managerial experience or strong ability to lead, unite and support teams in a transformation context
  • Ability to collaborate while providing structuring expertise and a vision for Supply Chain improvement
  • Analytical mind, rigour, autonomy, solution-oriented, hands-on approach and ability to operate in an international environment
  • Professional English appreciated

As part of its international development, our client wishes to strengthen its Supply Chain organisation by integrating a profile capable of improving flows, processes and operational management. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, while reporting directly to the Management. Ideally, you should have managerial experience to be able, if necessary, to progress towards a Supply Chain Manager role.


Main responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager to improve the organisation, flows and processes of the department
  • Assess the current Supply Chain organisation and identify priority areas for structuring and improvement
  • Strengthen critical workflows related to production planning, priority management and operational follow-up
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the ERP as a management and data reliability tool
  • Clarify roles, responsibilities and interfaces with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and other industrial functions
  • Implement monitoring indicators to ensure reliability of deadlines, stocks, priorities and Supply Chain performance
  • Support teams in adopting new working methods and be able, if necessary, to take on greater managerial responsibilities
