### **The Role** ###

This is a pivotal leadership position with direct influence over supply chain strategy, production planning, and supplier engagement. You will head the Business Support division, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless end-to-end operations that balance cost, efficiency, and product availability.

#### **Key Responsibilities** ####

* Lead the **Business Support department**, including purchasing, planning, shipping, and packaging units.
* Develop and implement a **strategic supplier management program**, managing both direct (e.g., polymers, coatings) and indirect materials.
* Oversee **production planning (AVOR)**, aligning production capacity with market demand.
* Ensure **on-time delivery**, packaging coordination, and logistics execution.
* Conduct **inventory and cost analyses**, optimizing stock levels and delivery schedules.
* Manage and maintain **material master data** in SAP, ensuring high-quality data integrity.
* Provide structured, data-driven **reporting** to support strategic decision-making.

### **Your Profile** ###

* Completed **technical or commercial vocational training**, plus further education in **purchasing or supply chain management**.
* **Several years of experience** in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics role.
* Proven experience in **team leadership** or department management is an advantage.
* Strong **negotiation and communication skills**, with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
* **Analytical thinker** with solid organizational and process-driven competencies.
* Fluent in **German and English** (both written and spoken).
* Confident with **MS Office** and experienced in **SAP** (MM module and/or related functions).
