This structure allows for the design and production of actuators and electric motors at two sites based in the border region.To strengthen our client's teams, we are looking for their:SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGERReporting to the Group Supply Chain Manager, you will guarantee the continuity of supply flows for a specific scope: the electronic supplier portfolio, which is at the heart of current performance challenges. You will combine expertise in risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and—depending on your experience—management of a team of supply chain specialists in the short or medium term.Your responsibilities will be as follows:- Management of electronic portfolio supplies: daily monitoring, variance management, rapid detection and handling of alerts, adjustment of stock policies.- Management of a team of supply chain specialists (depending on your experience).- Crisis management and Supply Chain resilience: anticipation and risk management, prioritization, management of interfaces with Quality, Suppliers, Business Lines, and other group entities.- Compliance, contractual data, and excellence: optimization of MOQs, monitoring of contractual commitments, and improvement plans.Profile soughtYour technical skillsYou possess solid knowledge in Supply Chain and more specifically in the field of procurement, particularly regarding component availability constraints and risks that impact flows. You have confirmed experience within a demanding industrial environment, ideally the automotive industry, allowing you to anticipate shortages, secure supplies, and manage critical situations with suppliers. You also have a real capacity to supervise and structure a team, by establishing standards and a dynamic of collective performance, in a context where electronic components represent a major challenge. You master SAP for flow reliability and Excel for data analysis. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus to strengthen visibility on risks and support continuous improvement of processes.Your behavioral skillsYou demonstrate rigor and great reliability in managing priorities.
