**Supplier Quality Engineer 100%**

In the Industrial X-Ray Modules (IXM) division, we provide safer, more economical and breakthrough solutions for non-destructive testing and security applications through the pioneering development of intelligent industrial X-ray technologies.

 

**What you will do:**

* Create and manage Non-Conformity Reports, driving corrective actions together with Purchasing
* Analyze quality metrics and derive sustainable improvement initiatives
* Carry out supplier audits (world-wide)
* Evaluate and continuously develop suppliers based on quality criteria, KPIs, and audit findings
* Support PPAP and FAI approvals for new suppliers and materials
* Collaborate closely with Purchasing, R&D, Production, and Quality Control



**What you bring:**

* Technical or scientific background with drive to proactively move things forward
* Strong expertise in quality tools such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, or FMEA
* Several years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, ideally in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable industrial environment
* Structured, analytical working style, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong affinity for data management and analysis (Excel, PowerBI)
* Fluent English and good German required
* Willingness to travel (10-20%)
