In the context of a replacement within our Quality department, we are looking for a field-oriented, rigorous, and committed individual driven by the desire to enhance quality in close collaboration with our suppliers and teams. This role is set in a demanding industrial environment where supplier quality plays a key role in overall performance and the excellence of our Luxury Writing Instruments and Fine Arts products. This position is cross-functional, and your mission will involve supporting and managing projects related to supplier quality, in close connection with the Production and Quality teams. You will work closely on-site, focusing on continuous improvement and concrete solutions, within a small, expert, and dedicated team, in a stimulating work environment.We are looking for our future: Supplier Quality Assurance Technician.YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS:- Ensure quality monitoring of suppliers (components, subcontracting)- Write and keep the supplier documentation (specifications, control means…) updated- Manage and track the resolution of supplier non-conformities and associated action plans- Conduct supplier audits in connection with the development of new purchased products- Participate in plan reviews with suppliers and project teams- Establish and monitor supplier performance metrics and incoming control- Contribute to incoming control and monitoring plans- Support suppliers in a continuous, preventive approach- Actively participate in QAF projects and the evolution of quality methods and tools- Collaborate closely with Production, methods, Logistics, and Quality teamsPROFILE:- Higher education in a technical field or in quality- Proven experience in supplier quality- Excellent knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, monitoring plans, AQL tables, SPC, DMAIC, QRQC…- Proficiency in tools (Office Suite and ERP) and knowledge of English (German is a plus)SKILLS:- Ease and ability to adapt to diverse suppliers- Capability to work transversally- Field-oriented and solution-focused mindset- Strong analytical skills- Ability to enforce quality requirements constructively- Rigor and autonomy in action follow-up- Enjoyment of teamwork and continuous improvementWE OFFER YOU:- Permanent contract - 100% work rate- A pleasant and intellectually stimulating work environment within a family business- Internal family events- On-site parking- A company restaurant with affordable prices- Various health and wellness programs- A balance between professional and personal lifeGOOD REASONS TO JOIN US:At Caran d'Ache, we have nurtured a passion for the art of drawing and writing for over 100 years.
