YOUR MISSIONS :

You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the camp’s requirements. You are passionate about languages with an ability to reach out and create relationship of mutual trust and respect. You will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education.

As part of our team, you will have the ambition and determination to support us in our aims of ensuring that every student exceeds expectations both in and beyond the classroom.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

- Secure and sustain effective teaching, by delivering top quality lessons, in a comprehensive manner and by using tools to facilitate learning
- Evaluate the quality of teaching and standards of pupils’ achievements and set targets for improvement
- Adapt teaching to respond the needs of all pupils, in order to involve and motivate them
- Participate in school meetings, to work as a team and ensure the quality of the lessons
- Collaborate with the Head of Academics and other teachers in developing teaching and learning resources

YOUR PROFILE

- Degree in teaching English or French as a foreign language, or Honors degree in the specialized subject with relevant teaching experience
- Previous experience in summer camps an asset
- B2 minimum proficiency in French language (for English teachers), or in English language (for French teachers)
- Previous experience teaching children from 8 to 17 years old
- Strong moral values and discipline
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Motivated, energetic and creative
- Strong eye for details
- Well organized and committed
