Description

Within the Accommodation, Living Spaces & Activities Competence Area, you will work in homes hosting adults who require substantial support. The days are structured around daily living tasks, organised activities, and essential relational times. You will support individuals with or without ASD, with varied needs, adapting your interventions to their pace, abilities, and communication methods.

The environment is structured and secure, with interdisciplinary work and tools such as alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). Support continues throughout the day, evening, and weekends to ensure continuity of presence and assistance during different daily moments.

Your mission:

Support individuals with daily living tasks, basic care, and life at the home.

Assist beneficiaries in social, occupational activities and daily transition moments.

Provide cover during variable hours: daytime, evening, and weekends.

Help maintain a secure, structured living environment respectful of individual needs.

Work closely with the educational team and various network partners.

Your profile

Required: Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a socio-educational assistant (ASE).

Experience in the disability field is desirable; knowledge of ASD is an asset.

Flexibility in working hours and ability to adapt to different home contexts.

Sense of responsibility, stable professional attitude, and a caring approach.

Ability to work in a team and integrate quickly into different environments.

Driving licence required.
