Responsibilities

Conduct technical studies of asbestos removal projects (analysis of diagnostics, constraints, intervention methodology)
Prepare commercial offers: cost estimates, quotes, tender documents, technical responses
Identify business opportunities and contribute to prospecting new projects
Manage site acquisitions from the analysis phase to the final submission of the offer
Work closely with the work teams to ensure a smooth transition between study and execution
Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes: methods, calculation tools, technical and regulatory monitoring
Represent the company to clients, project managers, and specialised offices

Candidate Profile

Technical or specialised training in building, civil engineering, environment or equivalent
Proven experience (or strong motivation) in asbestos removal, costing, technical studies or project monitoring
Knowledge of Swiss asbestos regulations (SUVA, OPA standards): a real asset
Comfortable reading plans, diagnostics and technical documents
Proficient with common IT tools (Office suite, technical software)
Analytical skills, rigour, autonomy and team spirit
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
