Your mission

As an Industrial Strategy Consultant, you will support globally active industrial companies in realigning their business strategies and driving digitalization forward in a targeted manner.

Your daily work

• Become part of the team
  You will develop strategies around the topics of digital transformation, data & AI, organizational transformation and Industry X. In our projects, you will come together with motivated and ambitious colleagues and become part of a great Accenture team with regular, cross-location networking events.

• Accompany transformations and optimize business processes
  You will work closely with the C-level of leading global industrial companies. You will advise the companies from strategy to implementation and support them in overcoming digital challenges.

• Offer first-class customer service
  You use your expertise and innovative ideas to convince potential customers to work with us. With your holistic advice, from concept and strategy development to implementation, you create real added value for our customers.

Who you are

• You have a degree (M.Sc. / PhD) in economics, business administration, (industrial) engineering or mechanical engineering.
• You have at least three to five years of relevant experience in the field of mechanical and plant engineering or in a management consultancy.
• You have a digital mindset with a strong interest in the interfaces between business and technology.
• You are characterized by an open-minded and communicative personality with a creative and innovative way of thinking.
• You are proficient in the tools of the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• You cooperate excellently in a team and communicate convincingly in German and English.
