Join our F4S team as a STPS Specialist – Experience in industry and/or construction field.Your mission: As a STPS Specialist, you will join a team of specialists in the field of health, safety at work, and fire safety. Your role will be to develop the areas of CFST in a broad sense and to ensure compliance with the services provided to clients. You will report directly to the F4S management and safety engineers and work closely with various specialists within the team.Main tasks:- Conduct STPS compliance audits at client sites.- Analyze occupational risks and establish safety documents (MSST system audit, hazards, prevention solutions tailored to each client's specific needs).- Lead training sessions on health and safety at work for clients and managers, and as part of our training programs.- Prepare expert reports and detailed techniques.- Assist clients in implementing our standard CFST solution, especially for industrial companies and those active in the construction field.- Ensure the follow-up of action plans and adherence to deadlines.- Collaborate with relevant authorities (SECO, CFST, SUVA, cantonal labor inspections, construction police).- Maintain regulatory oversight on the evolution of legal bases in occupational safety and health.- Represent the company to clients and contribute to its development.Profile of STPS Specialist:- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a workplace safety specialist in Switzerland, in the industrial and construction sectors.- In-depth knowledge of legal provisions in occupational safety and health protection.- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and technical knowledge of English.- Knowledge of German is a plus.- Willingness to travel to meet clients' needs (mainly in the canton of Geneva).- Driving license (car / Swiss or valid permit).Skills and competencies:- Excellent sense of prioritization and management.- Strong analytical skills.- Sense of responsibility.- Ability to propose ideas and solutions.- Capacity to work both in a team and autonomously.- Good interpersonal skills.Why join us?
