In addition to managing the team, you will be in charge of sales and ensure customer contact. Main tasks: Be responsible for the store's revenue and sales targets. Optimize the performance in line with the commitments and objectives set by the management. Manage the staff: management, as well as scheduling and holidays. Advise and sell products while ensuring quality customer service. As a representative of the brands: manage local external relations, acquire and retain the clientele. Manage and monitor stock, participate in inventories. Ensure the smooth operation of the sales area: manage displays, open/close cash registers, and maintain cleanliness. Profile You have a federal certificate of proficiency (CFC) as a retail employee or any other equivalent qualification. Experience in the watchmaking field is highly desired. You have proven experience in team management and/or in the commercial management of a store. Professional requirements You can federate and motivate a team.
