### Store Agent Jumper (m/f/d) ###

### Your Responsibilities ###

* Provide competent advice on smartphones, subscriptions, and accessories
* Handle service and repair requests quickly with a customer-oriented approach
* Contribute to a welcoming store environment
* Manage stock, inventory, and administrative tasks

### Your Profile ###

* Completed training in retail or equivalent experience, ideally in telecommunications or multimedia
* Passion for technology and modern communication solutions
* Friendly demeanor, customer-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for sales
* Reliable, committed, and a team player
* Excellent knowledge of French required; good knowledge of English also required; German and other languages are an advantage
* Willingness to work at different locations with approximately 50% travel
