With more than 400 internal staff and 60 branches, Manpower Switzerland is anchored in all linguistic regions.For one of our clients in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for several graduates and assistants.Mission duration: 3 months renewableSchedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 12:30 PM - 9:30 PMRate: 100%Vehicle (parking available)Mission:As an essential actor in the medical device circuit, you will intervene in the entire reprocessing process:- Ensure the cleaning and packaging of medical devices from the operating room and care units- Operate autoclaves and specific service equipment in strict compliance with current protocols and standards- Train, support, and raise awareness among teams regarding good practices- Use your technical expertise and act as a reference point for internal departments and external partnersYour profile:- You are rigorous, committed, and wish to evolve in a demanding environment where precision is essential- Holder of a technical assistant diploma in sterilization (level 1 or 2)- If no diploma: confirmed experience in sterilization and cleaning of medical devices- Good knowledge of the operating room and/or care environment- Proficiency in French (minimum B2 level)- Keen sense of responsibility and respect for hygiene rules- Rigor and team spirit- Ease and ability to transmit information clearly- Ability to evolve in a structured and demanding frameworkYour working conditions:- Variable hours: day, evening, weekends, and public holidays- Wearing of personal protective equipment (coverall, hairnet, mask, gloves)- Technical environment requiring constant vigilance and precisionReady to take on this challenge and contribute to the excellence of care?We look forward to receiving your application and will contact you as soon as possible. jid7cf82e4aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
