Internship Opportunity Within our Facility & EHS team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for an: Environmental Trainee (as soon as possible for a minimum duration of 6 months) Under the Environment Manager, you will support the team in its sustainability projects and actively contribute to concrete actions aimed at reducing the environmental footprint of our activities. Assigned projects will include, based on department priorities: Environmental analysis of processes and consumables, conducting environmental diagnostics on waste, energy, water, identifying impact reduction levers, and proposing sustainable solutions; Participating in research for new responsible solutions or suppliers; Contributing to infrastructure projects and continuous improvement; Contributing to the implementation of approaches and maintaining the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System in place; Participating in the organization and execution of Environmental Day; Collecting and monitoring environmental data; Supporting key metrics (energy, waste, emissions, carbon); Participating in environmental reporting and regular performance analysis; Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure data reliability. Your Background A final-year student or recent graduate in engineering or a Master's degree with a background in environment, sustainability, or industrial engineering, you show a marked interest in sustainability challenges, environmental management, and continuous improvement in an industrial context. Curious and analytical, you ideally have a first experience in the fields of sustainability, production, or environmental management. Organized, methodical, and able to adapt quickly, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate active listening to understand field needs and propose concrete solutions. You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, comfortable with data processing, and have basic knowledge in environmental analysis. You communicate effectively in French and ideally have a good level of English as well as a driving license. Experience Step 1: You submit your application online.
