Job DescriptionDirectly reporting to the Secretary General of the Department of Institutions, Culture, Infrastructure and Human Resources (DICIRH), the future incumbent will play a key role in the cross-functional management and steering of the department's activities and will ensure the follow-up of priority files.Responsibilities- Assist the Head of Department in their capacity as Advisor and in their function of managing the department.- Provide support to the entities of the Department of Institutions, Culture, Infrastructure and Human Resources (DICIRH), particularly from the perspective of managing and monitoring their files or specific matters.- Lead projects upon instructions from the Head of Department, the Secretary General, or the Secretary General in human sciences (law, political science, etc.).Professional experience of 5 years is useful. Knowledge of German is desired. A marked interest in public institutions is required.
