Description

  • Lead and implement an automated, scalable software verification strategy aligned with DO-178C objectives and integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design and execute reusable test procedures, leveraging model-based design and test automation frameworks.
  • Set up and manage test environments, tools, and benches for unit, integration, and system-level testing.
  • Perform requirements-based testing, structural coverage analysis, WCET analysis, and other verification activities.
  • Contribute to tool qualification efforts and produce traceability, coverage, and verification reports through automation.
  • Create dashboards and track real-time quality and progress metrics.
  • Participate in life-cycle data reviews and support certification processes.
  • Manage daily interactions with external verification suppliers.

Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software verification within safety-critical aerospace environments, with deep knowledge of DO-178C, DO-331, and DO-330.
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirement-based software testing; system-level verification experience is a plus.
  • Practical experience with target-based test environments (, Speedgoat, NI PXI).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and C for embedded system development.
  • Experienced in integrating verification workflows into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with the MathWorks toolchain (Simulink Test, Simulink Coverage, Polyspace) and the Rapita suite (RapiTest, RapiCover).
  • Skilled in developing and refining processes, plans, and standards aligned with certification and quality requirements.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-target environment.
  • Highly organized, with a focus on automated reporting and effective documentation.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is considered an asset.
