Specialized Educator / Permanent Contract / Activity rate to be agreed uponDeployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital on two sites, two accommodation departments for adults with disabilities, with intellectual and physical disabilities respectively, a specialized school, and a sector and accommodation department is recruiting. We are looking for a Specialized Educator / Permanent Contract / Activity rate to be agreed upon. At the Institution de Lavigny, we support adults with disabilities on a daily basis in various living environments: multiple disabilities, intellectual disability.Mission:- Accompany residents and organize daily life in the living environment, share and animate their daily life by prioritizing a relationship of trust and respect.- Ensure the physical and psychic well-being, the safety of residents, and value their skills and social roles.- Observe the resident's health status daily and act appropriately according to needs (intervention, call to the care center and the doctor, transmission to colleagues, and follow-up according to protocols).- Implement personal projects according to the general goals and objectives of the living environment set during the interdisciplinary project meeting.- Work in close collaboration with the day team, the night team, and external stakeholders in a spirit of interdisciplinarity.- Foster and develop the partnership in relationships with families and legal representatives.- Participate in sector and living environment projects as well as their contribution to the development of the quality of services provided to residents and the conditions in which they are delivered.Profile:- ASE / ASSC / HES / ES diploma or equivalent.- Experience in accompanying people with disabilities is an asset.We offer:- Working conditions governed by the CCT of the Vaud parapublic social sector.- A salary in line with the function and compliant with the CCT of the parapublic sector, accompanied by benefits related to mobility (parking, contribution to public transport costs).- Continuous training and specialized supervisions (notably around ASD and challenging behaviors), internal mobility, possible financing of diplomas, and a company restaurant offering varied meals at preferential rates, in a pleasant professional environment favoring exchanges.- A wide choice of sports and relaxation activities (yoga, fitness, aquagym, etc.) as well as access to massages, while enjoying regular company life events.- Flexible and continuous schedules according to sectors, with the possibility of part-time work for an optimal balance between professional and private life.Start date: Immediately or to be agreed upon.Information:Want a new challenge?
