Specialized Case ManagerJob DescriptionThe Legal Procedures Unit (UJUR-P) of the Directorate General for Social Cohesion (DGCS) is responsible for processing appeals and monitoring legal proceedings (criminal and civil) regarding social assistance, as well as providing the necessary legal support for the activities of our directorate. To strengthen this dynamic entity of approximately twenty people, the DGCS is looking for a Specialized Case Manager.Responsibilities- Ensure the management of litigation files regarding the reimbursement of social assistance, including initiating legal proceedings, managing certificates of unpaid debts (ADB), and producing claims in bankruptcies and successions.- Ensure the operation of the Unit's registry and the monitoring of deadlines.For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Profile- Commercial employee diploma or equivalent qualification.- Professional experience in the accounting or financial field.- Ease with numbers.- Good interpersonal skills.- Knowledge in the field of debt collection.- Sense of responsibility, good judgment, and public service ethics.- Ability to work independently, flexibility, and team spirit.WHO ARE WE?The Directorate General for Social Cohesion (DGCS) offers the inhabitants of the Canton of Vaud support and integration measures, accommodation solutions in medico-social institutions, as well as financial aid.
