Mission In this role, you actively support our sales team through data analysis, researching new clients, and managing incoming requests, identifying relevant market segments, structuring commercial data, and preparing opportunities for our field sales teams. At the same time, you are in direct contact with potential clients and contribute personally. Responsibilities Research and build customer databases and market segments of new prospects and business opportunities (especially using digital tools and AI) Analyze data from dashboards and reports (mainly in Excel) Research, generate leads, and organize activities/visits for field sales representatives Manage and follow up on incoming requests from our website Phone contacts with clients between clients, sales team, and internal partners Your profile: Commercial training or equivalent experience Ease in phone contact and a passion for sales Strong interest in data analysis and business processes Excellent Excel skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Affinity with digital tools and AI Good knowledge of German and French (language for one and minimum B2 level in another) Willingness to travel within Switzerland for business activities What we offer: We are a community that values autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and diversity.
