We are looking to advance processes and production using methods and tools to enrich our team as a lean construction specialist and help us drive excellence at Implenia on our sites to a higher level. As a Lean expert for local projects and sites, you will act as a basis in Onex (GE) or Echandens (VD) and will intervene on surrounding sites in actions: Implementing lean methods in the field of civil engineering (roads, engineering structures, earthworks, masonry) to increase efficiency, reduce defects, and stabilize the entire construction process. Active leadership role in the change process towards a lean culture and thinking in French-speaking Switzerland. Support for the implementation of inter-business initiatives and ensuring the achievement of objectives. Supporting the implementation and development of methods, standards, and processes. Training project teams as well as contractors, architects, and customers involved. Organizing training sessions for executives. What you will bring with you: Several years of professional experience in lean in the construction sector, or experience in management and production constitutes experience in the implementation of lean projects and change, or a strong willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge. Ability to convince and motivate employees to adopt new ways of working. German and/or English mastered (please apply with a CV in French and/or in English/German). High-quality standards for your own work and your willingness to travel up to 60% in Switzerland. Experience working in intercultural teams and Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt projects is a plus.
