Your field of activity

• You manage cases during the professional integration process, notably by conducting case discussions, defining objectives, and ensuring regular monitoring of participants' development
• You analyse resources and train participants' skills
• You support participants in their application process, accompany them during the transition to the regular labour market, and ensure the stability of their employment relationships
• You maintain close communication with the commissioning services and ensure reporting
• You develop and maintain the network with employers in the regular labour market

Your profile

• You hold a CAS as a Specialist in Professional Integration or possess an equivalent level of training
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a specialist in professional integration or in case management in professional reintegration
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, while appreciating administrative tasks and teamwork
• You are organised and work independently
• You have a very good command of French, both spoken and written (C2); knowledge of German is an asset
• Category B driving licence
