Job Title: Specialist Physician in Addiction Medicine and Psychotherapy (M/F) Job Description Intervene in the context of treating individuals with addiction-related disorders requiring specialized addiction care within the multidisciplinary team. Actively promote the evolution of addiction medicine within the Mental Health Pole by contributing to projects and developing an integrated system ensuring high standards and comprehensive management of addictive disorders. Actively participate in care projects and in continuous training in addiction medicine within the establishment. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized care plans tailored to individuals affected by addictions. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with general practitioners and network partners, to facilitate smooth transitions and follow-ups for individuals in need. You hold an advanced degree in addiction medicine and psychotherapy, and also have the FMH specialist title (or equivalent). You are proficient in French at a C1 level and possess confirmed clinical experience, ideally in a hospital context. Experience in an academic setting would also be appreciated. You have strong skills in listening, analysis, and decision-making. Your practical and theoretical expertise allows you to manage complex situations with a high emotional intensity easily. You work autonomously while respecting protocols, clinical standards, and the values of the establishment. You appreciate working within a multidisciplinary team and communicate easily with various members of the care network. Your sense of collaboration is crucial in contributing to the collective enrichment of the care service. You demonstrate a strong sense of ethics, confidentiality, and respect.
