What you achieve

• You conduct quality controls and hygiene inspections in production and logistics and ensure compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations.
• You support operational quality assurance at the site and contribute to the implementation of quality assurance processes and systems.
• You work closely with internal departments to sustainably ensure and further develop product quality.
• You assist with internal and external audits as well as with the preparation of reports and analyses on quality issues.
• You conduct training and awareness measures in the area of quality assurance and hygiene and convey your knowledge appropriately to the target audience.
• You actively contribute to improvement measures and help to continuously develop quality standards in production and logistics.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: in the area of food technology, food chemistry or through a comparable qualification; additional training in quality assurance is an advantage.
• Professional experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance or food production and bring practical knowledge in quality assurance and hygiene.
• You convince with analytical skills, a pronounced problem-solving competence as well as a structured and independent way of working.
• You possess communication and training skills and convey content appropriately to the target audience.
• You are motivated to learn new things, flexible, willing to get involved, and quickly gain access to your team and the teams at the site with your social skills, self-organisation ability, and humorous nature.
