Special Machines After-Sales Service Technician
Your mission
Do you enjoy solving technical challenges, working directly at clients’ sites and contributing to the performance of special machines? Join our team and support our clients, sister companies within the group, in the commissioning, maintenance and optimisation of their equipment.
As an After-Sales Service Technician, you will be involved throughout the entire lifecycle of our machines: installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, ramp-up and performance optimisation.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of our special machines.
- Diagnose and resolve faults on-site or remotely.
- Carry out commissioning and support clients during ramp-up phases.
- Perform mechanical adjustments and replace wear parts.
- Participate in assembly, testing and technical improvements of equipment.
- Guarantee quality customer service by ensuring follow-up and traceability of interventions.
Your profile
- Technician with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in industrial systems, automation, precision mechanics or equivalent training.
- Experience in after-sales service of special machines is a real asset.
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, industrial automation and machining machines.
- Proficiency in Beckhoff (TwinCAT) and knowledge of robotics, Stäubli, is a plus.
- Comfortable reading technical diagrams and diagnosing faults.
- Experience in the watchmaking industry is an advantage.
