Job Description:We are looking for a Specialized Teacher for child protection services that welcomes young people in difficulty. The mission is to offer them a secure environment and to foster their personal, academic, and social development.MissionAs a specialized teacher, you will be responsible for implementing programs adapted to the specific needs of the young people welcomed. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support.Responsibilities- Develop and lead educational activities adapted to the needs of the individuals and evaluate academic and social progress, adapting methods according to their development.- Collaborate with psychologists and other professionals to create an integrated learning environment.- Communicate with families and guardians to ensure consistent and constructive follow-up.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to projects and leisure activities.Profile sought:- Specialized diploma, or in a related field.- Experience with children and adolescents in difficulty desired.- Listening skills, and ability to establish a relationship of trust.- Ability to work in a team and to adapt teaching methods.- General knowledge.- Good communication skills.The group is committed to a CSR approach. jid9b3dbb1aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
