You actively participate in the creation of dishes, the development of menus, compliance with quality standards, and the development of recipes. You ensure the setup of workstations, quality control of products, rigorous application of HACCP standards, as well as communication with the various hotel departments. You also contribute to the creation of technical sheets, cost monitoring, yield tests, and the training of new staff in collaboration with the teams.Profile SoughtYou hold a professional qualification in cooking and have confirmed experience in a high-end establishment, ideally within a prestigious hotel environment.
