Joining this team means becoming part of an establishment that places the quality of meals, the well-being of pupils and teams, as well as organisation, at the heart of its operation. Producing nearly 1,000 meals per day, the kitchen operates according to structured processes, allowing a combination of efficiency, culinary excellence and quality of work life.

As the true right hand of the Head Chef, you participate in the organisation and coordination of daily production. You supervise the various preparations, ensure compliance with technical sheets, specific dietary requirements and HACCP hygiene standards. You support the team daily, allocate tasks, monitor stock and actively contribute to the smooth running of service. In the absence of the Head Chef, you naturally take over the management of the kitchen.

With solid experience in collective catering, high-volume traditional catering or hospitality, you are recognised for your organisational skills, hands-on leadership and ability to unite a team. You appreciate environments where anticipation, rigour and team spirit are essential to collective success. A professional culinary qualification as well as significant experience in a position of responsibility are expected.

This position offers particularly attractive working conditions in the catering sector. You work exclusively continuous hours, with no evening or weekend shifts, and benefit from the school calendar rhythm with 15 weeks of annual leave, including 10 unpaid.
