Establishment employing around 400 collaborators to ensure the specialised schooling of 27 children and adolescents as well as the socio-educational and socioprofessional support of 127 adults with intellectual disabilities, is seeking
A Socioprofessional Supervisor at 60%
Within the Integration and Resourcing Workshops (AIR), you will support people with intellectual disabilities, often associated with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), communication disorders or specific support needs.
Your main missions:
- Focused on the personal development, self-determination and social inclusion of the beneficiaries.
- Supporting workers in their socioprofessional journey and fostering their personal fulfilment.
- Developing their psychomotor, relational and professional skills.
- Designing and adapting individualised activities that are meaningful and integrated into their personalised projects.
- Ensuring the co-management of the workshop and the socioprofessional follow-up of participants.
- Participating in the continuous evolution of practices and services offered by the AIR.
- Maintaining a safe, structured and caring environment that promotes autonomy and emotional regulation.
We are looking for:
- Confirmed training as a Socioprofessional Supervisor (MSP ES) or recognised equivalent.
- Proven experience with people with intellectual disabilities and/or ASD.
- Additional training (CAS) in autism or complex situations is a major asset.
- Mastery of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) approaches, environmental structuring and individualisation of support.
- Ability to work effectively with people who are minimally or non-verbal.
- Creativity in designing rewarding activities (cross-disciplinary, creative, occupational).
- Ability to work flexibly, vigilantly and with containment in a complex context.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective teamwork within an interdisciplinary network.
- Autonomy, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Organisational skills, anticipation and priority management.
- Openness to professional self-reflection and evolution of practices.
- Positive, caring, reassuring and solution-oriented attitude.
- Punctuality, professional commitment.
- Proficiency with common computer tools.
- Fluent oral and written French.
- Clean criminal record.
