Socioprofessional Mistress or Socioprofessional Master at 100%



The City’s Solidarity and Social Cohesion service is composed of six intervention centres; it wishes to strengthen its professional integration centre.

Your mission:

Attached to the professional integration centre, you ensure the monitoring and supervision of candidates, notably within the technical and road services.

Your main activities:

  • supervise and support people in socioprofessional integration within the framework of technical activities (notably roadworks);
  • organise, plan and supervise work ensuring quality, safety and respect of deadlines, anticipating operational constraints and ensuring good coordination of all team activities;
  • analyse the capacities, progress and needs of each trainee in order to adapt activities in line with the objectives agreed with the professional integration advisers;
  • promote the development of professional and social skills by relying on individual and collective dynamics;
  • transmit trade skills and support progress towards autonomy and the requirements of the primary labour market;
  • ensure rigorous monitoring of trainees (evaluations, assessments, reports, administrative follow-up) by producing structured observations;
  • collaborate with internal and external partners to contribute to coordinated care with the network and ensure a liaison role between the field and various actors;
  • foster a positive group dynamic and a motivating work environment;
  • participate in the continuous improvement of practices and organisation by making concrete proposals for development.

Your profile:

  • technical training (CFC or equivalent), supplemented by a diploma of socioprofessional mistress or socioprofessional master required;
  • proven experience in a technical environment (ideally roadworks or similar field);
  • strong interest in socioprofessional support and adult integration;
  • ability to supervise a group with structure, kindness and a sense of responsibility;
  • good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a network and multidisciplinary team;
  • good organisational and writing skills;
  • proficiency in common IT tools;
  • autonomy, flexibility and adaptability.
