Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital on two sites, an accommodation department for adults with disabilities, with an intellectual or physical deficiency, a specialized school, and a department and the socializing sector Eventail, located on the Lavigny site, we are looking for a Socio-professional Instructor (Activity rate 80%)Your main responsibilities:- Accompany people with disabilities with autism and/or challenging behaviors, in groups or individually.- Collaborate with the network of the people accompanied in order to offer the best possible care.- Assume the administrative part of the accompaniment such as management of files (reports, syntheses, file follow-up).- Disseminate knowledge to the Institution's staff regarding autism.We require:- Basic training with a diploma or equivalent, preferably with specialization in autism and/or complex situations, as well as at least three years of experience in these areas.- Knowledge of TEACCH, PECS tools or other approaches related to the people accompanied.- Teaching skills in order to train staff on the subject of autism.- Excellent command of office programs.- Ability and versatility, a sense of responsibility and autonomy, as well as a team spirit and open-mindedness, an ability to question oneself, as well as skills for teamwork.- Driving license (Category B).We offer:- A salary in line with the position and according to the standards of the parapublic sector.- Working conditions according to the collective labor agreement of the social parapublic sector.- Social benefits of a large institution, restaurant, parking or public transport.- Start date: from July 1st or to be agreed.Information: Sector manager.If you are interested and meet the profile, we invite you to apply directly and only via the online form.
