To complete the staff of the Directorate of Youth, Social Affairs and Public Security, the Municipality of the City of Pully is looking for a

Sociocultural Animator at 80%

Mission:

Ensure animation and prevention for users of Espace Jeunes, a meeting and activity place for young people from 8th grade to 18 years old.

Main activities:

• Ensure reception and animation within the reception structure
• Guarantee the quality of reception, safety and well-being of the structure's users
• Promote socialisation and community life through free access
• Design animation projects integrated into the structure's educational project
• Implement prevention actions within the structure
• Manage the administrative and financial aspects of projects
• Carry out animations with young people in the city’s neighbourhoods.
• Substitute for the Espace Jeunes manager in their absence

Desired profile:

• HES-qualified sociocultural animator in social work or equivalent diploma
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills and keen interest in networked work
• Ability to work with all audiences
• Organisational skills
• Good administrative skills and proficiency with IT tools
• Annualised hours requiring availability to work evenings and occasionally weekends.
• Mandatory presence in the structure during reception periods

Start date: 1 November 2026 or to be agreed.
