Social Worker (80%) - Fixed-term Contract
EVAM (Vaud Establishment for Migrant Reception) is a major player in the Vaud public service. With more than 1,000 committed employees and an annual budget of 360 million francs, we ensure the reception, support, and integration of migrants in the canton of Vaud.

As part of an internal transfer, we are recruiting a:
Social Worker (80%) - 12-month Fixed-term Contract
Location: Lausanne (40%) and Vevey (40%)
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary scale: 7 (this scale applies with validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)

In connection with a multidisciplinary team, you play a central role in providing individualised social support, organising care according to current standards, and contributing to the life and smooth running of the shelter.

"Within our emergency aid shelters, we support people facing situations of great hardship, often marked by significant ruptures, health issues, isolation, or severe social and psychological vulnerability.

Your key missions
You are responsible for administrative follow-up and social interviews.
You implement personalised action plans.
You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.
You coordinate with internal and external partners.
You ensure compliance with shelter rules.
Your profile
You have a Bachelor of Social Work (HES) (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurance.
You have excellent French (spoken and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset.
You have a strong interest in the field of migration.
