Mission, if you accept it:As Lead Social Media, you are the conductor of our editorial ecosystem. Your role: to transform the strategy into a fluid and coherent mechanism that makes QoQa shine on a daily basis.Manage the editorial strategy on a daily basis- You ensure the editorial strategy of QoQa's social networks by transforming the strategy defined by the Lead into a clear, coherent plan.- You pilot the editorial calendar and ensure the balance between commercial highlights, brand campaigns, news, and spontaneous speaking opportunities.- You arbitrate requests to ensure the quality, relevance, and feasibility of content.- You bring our culture to life: you lead the editorial committee and encourage the emergence of new ideas and approaches.- You challenge the content proposed by the team to always evolve our way of telling stories.- You contribute to maintaining an editorial culture that is demanding, curious, and truly bold.Coordinate our campaigns- You build the media plans for our campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing teams.- You ensure the smooth running of campaigns, from their creation to their analysis.- You contribute to continuously improving our working methods, our tools, and our editorial processes.Support and grow the team- You manage, motivate, and support our team of Social Media Managers in their daily tasks.- You organize the distribution of projects and ensure a balanced workload.- You encourage collaboration, the sharing of best practices, and the skill development of everyone.Let's talk about you and your skillsYour experience- You hold a university degree, HES, or equivalent.- You have confirmed experience (5 years minimum) in the fields of content, social networks, media, or communication.- You have already coordinated a team or led editorial projects bringing together several parties.- You master English.
