Social or Socio-cultural Worker (all genders)Permanent contract at 80% – La DouvazLa Saphir, active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their process of seeking, is looking for our establishment, which welcomes 32 people and specializes in the field of advanced age.Whatever their function, the professionals at La Saphir share a common desire: to accompany people on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience institutional life according to the aedis model like at home. That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to promote their well-being and quality of life.As a social or socio-cultural worker (ES/HES degree), you accompany elderly people in their daily lives, taking into account their needs, their abilities, and their support plan. Thanks to your experience with people suffering from neurocognitive disorders, you contribute to creating a secure, stimulating environment that respects the principles of dignity.Proactive and full of ideas, you develop and implement social, cultural, and recreational activities that promote the maintenance of social ties, autonomy, and the quality of life of the people. You collaborate closely with interprofessional teams and actively participate in the development and implementation of individualized support plans. As a resource person for the team, you also provide your expertise in supporting neurocognitive disorders and participate in the supervision and training of new professionals and interns.BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS- You hold a social or socio-cultural degree (ES/HES).- Confirmed experience with elderly people suffering from disorders and/or neurocognitive issues.- Sensitivity and marked interest in the approach of dignity.- Creative spirit and interest in cultural and social activities.- Leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in an interprofessional manner.- Interest in the training and supervision of professionals and interns; a FEE (Formateur en Entreprise) certification is an asset.- Knowledge of the region, an advantage facilitating exchanges and connections with the outside.- Flexible, innovative, and comfortable in a constantly evolving environment.- Good command of French and standard tools.- Driver's license and private vehicle essential.WE OFFER YOU- The possibility of working in an environment rich in contacts.- The opportunity to participate in institutional projects.- Working and salary conditions according to the CCT SAN (collective labor agreement for the Vaud parapublic health sector).
