To complete the support team of the Reception Unit (UAA), we are looking for a social or MSP graduate (H/F) for an 80% employment rate. Mission You create stimulating welcome conditions to ensure that beneficiaries have the greatest possible autonomy in their life journey by developing their abilities to know, to be, and to do. You consolidate the specialized activities of the UAA, in the form of X, by being a quality professional in supporting beneficiaries.Responsibilities - Facilitate the individual project within the collective. - Support the beneficiary in their needs and objectives. - Support learning in daily life activities. - Assist individuals with psycho-behavioral disorders, pervasive developmental disorders, and/or associated mental health issues and be able to propose activities and wellness initiatives. - Collaborate with families and give them a partner role in the individual project of the beneficiary and its implementation. - Systematic work with the entire beneficiary dossier. - Ensure tasks related to the desired functioning.Requirements - Social diploma at ES or HES level, experience in a day care structure and knowledge of X is a plus. - In-depth knowledge of ASD and specific support (Teacch, etc.). - Ease in teamwork and task sharing. - Versatility, reliability, and knowledge of programs like Microsoft Office required.Work environment We offer the opportunity to participate in the development of a significant institution, to take on challenges, and, through continuous training, to develop your skills.
