L IMAD is a pioneering and reference institution in home care in the canton of Geneva. It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to over people of all ages, of which 25% are under 65 years old. (CFC ASE) for sheltered housing for elderly people (IEPA). These include independent living spaces for the elderly, and common areas for various activities that allow them to remain autonomous in a secure environment. Your missions and responsibilities include welcoming and assisting in the accomplishment of daily life acts, ensuring the well-being of residents, promoting autonomy while respecting personal and social needs, identifying the needs of residents concerning their daily life, proposing and organizing activities while encouraging social interaction, and communicating to the social manager about changes in residents' health conditions as well as anything essential for the proper functioning of the dining area. You will also complete various tasks and duties, ensuring the safety of the building and its residents. Required qualifications include a diploma in socio-educational assistant (CFC-ASE) or equivalent, a minimum of X years of professional experience in the field, particularly knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network, sociability and good interpersonal skills, experience with elderly people or an interest in this population, perfect command of spoken and written French, versatility, autonomy, and good command of office tools (MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
