On its RESIDENTIAL SITE OF DEVENS IN SAINT-AUBIN-SAUGES, ADDICTION NEUCHÂTEL, is seeking a social worker at 80%. Job description: We are looking for a motivated and committed person to join our multidisciplinary team. You will assist beneficiaries in managing their tasks and will be able to represent them in case of significant difficulties. You will play a key role as an interface with the various partners in the beneficiary's network, while providing comprehensive support for their needs related to assistance. You will also ensure liaison, management, and supervision of judicial follow-ups and will be responsible for managing and overseeing the work of an assistant. Desired profile: • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a similar qualification; • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a similar function is necessary; • Experience in judicial follow-up is desired; • Complementary training in the field of addictions is desired; • Autonomy and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and network; • Good knowledge of the cantonal socio-health fabric is desired; • Flexibility, versatility, and good common sense; • Driving license type B.Type of contract: indefinite duration.
