Who are we?

We are a friendly permanent and temporary staffing agency, well established in the Medical and Social fields. We are currently also developing the sectors of home care, assistance, and support. Our new IT sector is also present. Our offices are located in Geneva and Lausanne. Our policy is human-centred, attentive, and based on trust. We work equally well in urgent situations for temporary assignments as for permanent positions.

To complete our teams with our specialised clients in Geneva, we are looking for a

Social and Educational Assistant

You will join a multidisciplinary team within a renowned establishment in Geneva, and you will actively contribute to the well-being and comfort of the children.

Your duties:

• Supporting beneficiaries with disabilities and multiple disabilities, adults as well as children, in daily life activities and in interventions specific to their personalised project.
• You collaborate on the quality of care and project follow-up in cooperation with a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with care and housekeeping teams to ensure coherent and compassionate care.
• You participate in and/or develop various activities and are a source of activity proposals.
• Strengthen the autonomy and integration of beneficiaries.
• The workload is between 25 and 34 hours per week, spread over 4 days.
• Daytime work.

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a social and educational assistant or an equivalent qualification (SEFRI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas).
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Kindness and empathy towards residents.
• Rigor and respect for protocols.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various professionals in the establishment.
• Responsiveness and adaptability to unforeseen situations.

The position is available from August 2026 until the end of September 2026 and potentially extendable.
