Accountant for SMEsMission: Within an SME of 50 employees specialized in sanitation, you will be in charge of accounting management, which you will handle with complete autonomy and rigor; you are responsible for the compliance with deadlines, accuracy, and conformity of the accounts under your responsibility. Your main tasks will include: - Managing accounting from A to Z- Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual closings with reporting to management- Processing invoices, outstanding amounts, follow-ups, and disputes with clients or suppliers- Conducting account reviews and interim closures: monthly, semi-annual, or annual, in conjunction with the trustee- Preparing the necessary tax documents and monitoring any potential requests regarding cash flow and daily banking- Establishing budgets- Analyzing margins and key accounts- Preparing VAT statements and submitting them to tax authorities- Producing various accounting documents and managing tasks for management- Providing information on analytical accountingHierarchical links: - You report to the director- You will also report to the trustee- You work closely with all staffYour profile:Required skills:- Perfect command of the French language (spoken and written - Level C2)- You have proven experience in accounting (minimum 5 years) in the construction sector and/or in an SME in Switzerland.- Knowledge of accounting and tax standards – CFC in business administration or equivalent- Federal certificate as a finance and accounting specialist or equivalent- You are flexible and available in your working hours based on needs during certain periods, e.g. during closing- You master standard tools, particularly Excel- You have ease of communication and a team spirit- You are rigorous and precise with analytical and synthetic capabilities- You are autonomous, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are solution-orientedAccounting software used: Odoo (familiarity with the software is a plus)If you are interested in this new challenge in a family business where human values are important, do not hesitate to send us your application, which will be treated with complete confidentiality.Work location: Geneva – Les AcaciasStart date: To be agreed uponActivity rate: 60 to 80%Salary: Depending on profileFor linguistic and readability reasons, only the masculine form is used above, it is understood that it applies to both women and men. jida682d47aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
