As an SME specialised in traceability since 1998, we develop our own software integrating various IoT-type technologies. Our mission is to meet the business needs of our clients in the health, banking & administration, luxury and pharmaceutical sectors at all levels of their supply chain by offering complete and customised solutions.
Your mission
You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and administrative management of the company in a demanding, pragmatic and evolving SME environment. You work independently, with a good sense of priorities, while bringing rigour, reliability and a modern approach to tools and processes.
Main tasks
- Processing supplier invoices and monitoring payments
- Processing customer invoices and associated administrative follow-up
- Entry and control of routine accounting entries
- Participation in periodic closings and annual account closure
- Preparation of concise and reliable reports for management
- Management of HR administrative aspects: onboarding/offboarding, administrative follow-up of employees, coordination of elements necessary for salaries, social charges and usual procedures
- Monitoring Swiss administrative obligations, notably VAT and usual personnel-related documents
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of working methods and efficient use of our ERP Odoo.
Profile sought
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar accounting role, ideally in an SME
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting rules
- High autonomy in managing daily tasks
- Proficiency with basic IT tools. Experience with the ERP Odoo is a plus
- Rigour, sense of confidentiality, reliability and practical mindset
- Fluent French; English and/or German are an advantage
